Platform updates
Our Development team implemented some interesting technical updates and upgrades in March.
Here’s what’s new:
- Card gateway host-to-host (H2H) logs. You can now access Card gateway H2H logs directly from the Dashboard. This improvement enables you to analyse operational issues related to transaction processing independently. For instance, if a transaction fails to proceed through 3DS 2.0 due to missing user browser data, and the merchant claims to have sent all required information, you can quickly review all relevant details having to create a support ticket.
- Added new filters to the ‘Payments’ section. These new filters, including 'Commerce account', 'Payment provider', and 'Payment method', provide you with better flexibility and precision in your transaction searches.
- Approval code in Payouts and Payout statements. We've incorporated Approval codes into Payouts and Payout statements, offering valuable insights into transaction context from the banks' perspective. This additional information aids in understanding transaction statuses and resolving any related issues effectively.
- Card gateway transactions cross-navigation. Now, each entity (invoice, request, payment) features cross-references with clickable links to one another. This enhancement simplifies navigation through the linked entities within the transaction lifecycle.
- Added 21 new integrations including Exactly (payment gateway), Budpay (payment gateway), and FacilitaPay (payment gateway). We also made 85 upgrades or updates to existing integrations.
Networking
Our Co-founder and CBDO Den Melnykov attended Merchant Payments Ecosystem, Europe's largest payment acceptance conference, in Berlin. It was an excellent opportunity to connect with industry leaders and gain fresh insights!
