What is Luxon Pay and what do they do?
Luxon Pay is a multi-currency eWallet that lets users deposit, withdraw, exchange and transfer money around the world. Users hold and send funds in 38+ currencies, with instant currency exchange and free peer-to-peer (P2P) transfers between contacts. The wallet is available on iOS and Android.
Customers fund their wallet through Visa, Mastercard, bank transfers, open banking, crypto, vouchers and local methods such as BLIK, iDEAL, Pix, Interac, Trustly, Multibanco, MyBank and Przelewy24, depending on their country. There are no Luxon Pay deposit fees, and withdrawals are free on selected methods.
For businesses, Luxon Pay provides a merchant platform. Merchants add Luxon Pay to their cashier, accept 39+ currencies into one account and settle through SEPA, SWIFT and other local channels. Integration runs through an API, with guides on Luxon Pay’s developer site. Luxon and Luxon Pay are trading names of Luxon Pay, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company.
Who is it for?
Luxon Pay suits merchants with international audiences that want to add a wallet to their cashier and enter new markets quickly. It was born out of funding poker events, and it remains strongest in iGaming and live gaming events, including World Series of Poker buy-ins.
It also fits businesses that handle several currencies and want to hold, convert and settle them from one account rather than manage separate accounts per market.
Why do businesses choose Luxon Pay?
- One account, 39+ currencies. Merchants accept and hold multiple currencies, then convert at Luxon Pay’s FX rates.
