Let's not waste the precious summertime left for a lengthy intro 🌞

Here is our company news of July worth knowing!

Team

Sunny July days seem to be a perfect time not only for vacations, but also for diving into the payment business! At least that's what 8 of our new colleagues think. These specialists amplified the powers of our Product and Customer Success teams. Welcome on board, guys!

We're getting closer and closer to crossing a 100 teammates milestone 🤫

Events

In July, our colleagues enjoyed a few days of productive networking at iGB Live! Amsterdam 2022, a prominent iGaming industry event.

Next on our calendar is G2E Asia 2022, taking place on August 24-26 in Singapore. Let's catch up if you're also considering attending this Asian gaming & entertainment exhibition!

These days we're also putting the finishing touches on our stand for another major event in Europe this autumn. Stay tuned!

Development

Our Development team also has plenty of important updates to share, including:

  • Your merchants can now create reports for a specific date or period (up to 30 days) in the Merchant app.
  • We enhanced the functionality of the Checkout sandbox in the Merchant app by adding new customer attributes.
  • You can now route card gateway transactions by auth type and successful/unsuccessful transactions per method throughout all time by the customer. It can help you prevent fraud: for example, you can enable non-3DS payments only for customers with a particular number of successful transactions with a specific payment method (auth type); or forbid using GPay for customers who haven't made any successful card payments yet.
  • We optimised the working mechanism of metrics on card gateway routing, enabling faster processing.
  • We added an opportunity to collect customers' data on the card gateway payment page.
  • Improved UX of screens with external interaction logs allows you to sort transaction logs by time.
  • Commerce withdrawal transactions can now decrease account balance unlimitedly. It is necessary for cases like debt collection from merchants.
  • You can unarchive merchant and deposit accounts that you've previously archived. In turn, provider accounts cannot be unarchived due to settings and credentials destruction.
  • Batch payouts now have a dedicated column for context fields, which some payment providers require.
  • Our Integrations team added 12 new connectors and upgraded 49 existing ones. The list of new options includes payments for V9Pay, Platio, Apcopay, Virtous Payments; payouts for Twelve, Alyce Pay, Beonpay; and card gateway integrations for Revolut, Twelve, Concord (3DS2), SolidGate (Apple Pay), and Getapay.
  • We performed lots of minor fixes and performance improvements.

Don't hesitate to ask your dedicated Manager about any of these updates.

Wishing you a joyful and safe August,

Corefy
