Corefy's monthly updates: February 2024

Despite being short, the last winter month turned out to be quite fruitful. Check what our team has been up to.

Platform updates

• Payment gateway turnovers for merchant accounts. We enhanced the turnover configuration capabilities, adding absolute and relative periods and the possibility to include a certain amount of non-finalised transactions into the calculation. This update provides our clients with increased flexibility to configure their turnover limits, allowing them to accommodate pending transactions while still adhering to the requirements of their payment providers and acquirers.

• Firewall manual moderation action. We have introduced a new feature in the Payout gateway Firewall moderation called ‘Manual moderation action’. With this enhancement, instead of blocking or accepting suspicious transactions outright, the system will send them for manual moderation. This approach helps prevent false positive Firewall activation and increases the efficiency of payment acceptance. For example, when a user's name coincides with that of a sanctioned person, manual moderation allows managers to conduct an additional check before confirming or denying any potential match.
• Firewall list items management upgrade. Users can now upload up to 200,000 list items at once. With this Firewall list items management enhancement, you can handle and manage bulk uploads more efficiently. Please note that due to the increased volume, the uploading process may take several minutes.
• Card gateway hosted payment page new iframe events. With this enhancement, merchants can now gain better visibility into the events occurring on the payment page when accessed via an iframe. This improvement allows them to understand the current stage of their users' journey more accurately. The newly added events include opening the status page, opening the payment page for repeated payments, and opening an OTP authorisation page (if it’s on our side). By tracking these events, merchants can have a more comprehensive understanding of their users' interactions and take appropriate actions accordingly. This upgrade enhances the overall payment experience and provides valuable insights to optimise the payment flow.
• Added 25 new integrations and made 106 upgrades or updates to existing ones.

In February, we had an amazing opportunity to showcase Corefy at ICE London, the leading gaming technology event. Also, our representatives visited SiGMA Eurasia in Dubai to engage with leaders in the gaming, betting, and esports industries. We were excited to participate in these remarkable gatherings that drive innovation and collaboration in the gaming technology sector.
