About Coffeeok
Coffeeok is one of Ukraine's leading online stores of coffee and related accessories. Launched in 2014, Coffeeok has grown from a small warehouse to a large supplier of coffee, tea, sweets, and coffee brewing equipment. They deliver more than 100 coffee-related brands throughout the country.
In addition to the online store, Coffeeok operates two stationary coffee shops in Kyiv, Ukraine.
The challenge
Coffeeok contacted us about setting up online payment acceptance on their site. Their main goal was to provide a simple and intuitive checkout process to increase conversions and sales. As part of the request, the company wanted to build customer confidence in the security of paying online on their site.
