• More than 2 years of commercial experience as a Business Analyst/System Analyst in IT projects;
• Experience in the PayTech/Banking/Processing industry;
• Expertise in requirements gathering and lifecycle management;
• In-depth understanding of the Agile process of digital product development management SDLC/PDLC;
• Experience in writing structured project documentation and technical specifications;
• Excellent skills in preparing decomposed backlog elements according to INVEST criteria;
• Experience in conducting comparative SWOT analysis;
• Modeling skills using UML/BPMN;
• Experience in conducting qualitative and quantitative research;
• Strong communication and interviewing skills;
• Visualization and presentation skills for stakeholders;
• Knowledge of current prioritization frameworks (RICE);
• Experience with Jira/Confluence;
• English level - Upper-Intermediate (B2)+.

Will be plus:

• Experience in product companies that develop complex solutions (Advertising, Fintech, Logistics, Banking);
• Understanding of client-server architecture;
• Understanding of UX patterns and differences in designing solutions for different web/mobile platforms;
• Low-detailed UI prototyping skills.

What you will do:

• Identifying and analyzing the requirements of internal and external stakeholders;
• Supporting the decision-making process;
• Analysis of documentation and information resources to collect information for analytical activities;
• Managing the requirements life cycle;
• Participation in the development of conceptual solutions to achieve business goals in close cooperation with Product Manager and Software Architect;
• Analyzing the compliance of design solutions with business requirements;
• Gathering information to justify the economic feasibility of developing and implementing changes;
• Development of requirements specifications;
• Advising the development team on the content of requirements and acceptance criteria within the Agile process;
• Preparation of demo materials (loom video, text article) of new functionality for internal teams.
