Use case summary
Payment bridge links your gateway to Corefy's catalog of 650+ connectors. Each new provider and method arrives in a format your system can use, and your routing, cascading, and reporting logic stay in your own stack. Result: you add coverage without a migration project, in about a day if your platform is already pre-integrated.

Why a working gateway still limits coverage
Some businesses built their own payment gateway, or run on a platform they chose years ago and have refined since. Routing rules, cascading logic, risk settings, and reporting all live there, and the team knows every part of it.
The limit is coverage. Each new provider still means an integration built into that system, with its own authentication, webhooks, status codes, and maintenance afterward. Moving everything to a platform that already has the connectors would solve coverage, but it means re-creating the routing logic, retesting every flow, and running a migration with live traffic.
Teams in that position usually keep the stack and accept slower coverage, adding providers at the pace their integration backlog allows.
How to extend a gateway you already run
Payment bridge connects your system to Corefy's connectors as an extension layer. Your gateway remains the place where payment decisions are made.
- 1
Check whether your platform is pre-integrated
Spell, Checkout Champ, Turbo Stars, Ikajo, Payneteasy, PayAdmit, OMEGA, Maxpay, and other platforms are already bridged, and setup takes about a day. A proprietary gateway gets a custom bridge built in one to two weeks.
- 2
Choose the providers you need
Filter the public directory of 650+ connectors by currency, payment or payout method, and flow type, and pick the providers that cover what your current stack lacks.
- 3
Link your merchant accounts
Your MIDs with each new provider are linked through the bridge. Contracts, rates, and settlement stay between you and the provider.
- 4
Receive each provider in a format your system can use
The bridge translates every new provider and payment method into a format your gateway can work with, so each addition does not require a new integration on your side.
- 5
Keep routing decisions in your own stack
Your current routing, cascading, and reporting logic stays in place. The bridge adds providers to your system, and your team still decides where traffic goes.
- 6
Connector maintenance is part of the plan
Connector maintenance and updates are included in Payment Bridge pricing, so Corefy's integration team handles provider API changes on bridged connectors.
What you get
Coverage grows at the pace the business needs, on the stack your team already runs.
Your tuned setup keeps running
The routing rules, risk settings, and flows your team refined over time stay as configured, and live traffic is never moved between systems to add a provider.
New coverage within days on pre-integrated platforms
If you run on one of the bridged platforms, new providers and methods can be available in about a day, so a market or partner request can be answered within a week of its arrival.
Your engineers keep their roadmap
Each provider arrives already integrated and maintained by Corefy, so your team spends its time on your product and your routing logic.
Your provider relationships stay in your name
Merchant accounts, provider agreements, and settlement remain yours, so adding coverage does not change who you hold a commercial relationship with.
1 in 7 businesses runs its own payment gateway
Corefy's State of Payment Maturity research surveyed 672 businesses worldwide and found that 14.6% run a self-made gateway, up from 12.4% a year earlier. Those businesses control their own routing and risk logic, and every provider they add is an integration built into their own system. The same research found that for 27.8% of businesses, adding a provider is either a significant project or takes several months.
