Our dedicated Customer Success team has been working closely with clients to provide tailored support, actionable insights, and strategic guidance to drive business growth and help achieve their goals.
In 2024, we took client communication to the next level by improving our onboarding process and enhancing technical support. Notably, we introduced a second support line and launched weekend support, ensuring even greater accessibility and assistance when needed.
Despite the challenging circumstances in Ukraine, our R&D office in Kyiv continues to push forward with determination and resilience. Step by step, we continue to work toward our ultimate goal of becoming the world's most connected payment orchestrator.
By the close of 2024, our integration list boasts over 500 connections with payment providers and acquirers, including an impressive 215 additions made just this year.
Aside from broadening our pool of integrations, we’ve enhanced our platform and refined all the features and tools our clients love. Have a look at our main milestones.
We also launched our internal Corefy Tech Talks, giving our teammates a platform to share their experiences and strengthen our collective expertise.
Along with enhancing our platform's v1.0, one of our key priorities in 2024 was driving the development of v2.0.

This February, we proudly launched PayAtlas, a global payment community platform designed for online businesses and payment professionals to showcase their services and find their perfect match. Built to simplify the search for the right payment provider, PayAtlas addresses the outdated, rigid processes that have long burdened the industry.
Since the launch, we have showcased PayAtlas at four global events and processed 1400+ requests from merchants and payment service providers. Now, PayAtlas offers clients a platform with a personal dashboard and 700+ payment providers.
Our roadmap for 2025 includes strengthening our community, fostering a vibrant network of professionals and a rich repository of fintech knowledge.
In 2024, Corefy embarked on a whirlwind of conferences, forging connections, sharing insights, and exploring new global opportunities.

Even though our team is spread from Canada to Australia, we’re united by shared values and love coming together at corporate events, conferences, and casual meetups in different parts of the world. Check out some of the highlights from our gatherings!
This year, we introduced new programs to boost our team's skills, including internal mentorship and well-being initiatives. Also, our team grew by 30 new specialists across Development, Customer support, Integration, Marketing, and other departments. Now, our team comprises more than 100 specialists, and we’re still on the lookout for exceptional talents and currently have several open positions.
This year has been a journey of innovation, connection, and growth – none of which would have been possible without our amazing clients, partners, and teammates.
