Customer success: supporting your growth every step of the way

Our dedicated Customer Success team has been working closely with clients to provide tailored support, actionable insights, and strategic guidance to drive business growth and help achieve their goals.

In 2024, we took client communication to the next level by improving our onboarding process and enhancing technical support. Notably, we introduced a second support line and launched weekend support, ensuring even greater accessibility and assistance when needed.

Top platform updates 💻

Despite the challenging circumstances in Ukraine, our R&D office in Kyiv continues to push forward with determination and resilience. Step by step, we continue to work toward our ultimate goal of becoming the world's most connected payment orchestrator.

One of our strategic goals for 2025 is to build an exceptionally skilled team that will focus on enhancing the speed and quality of payment provider integrations.

By the close of 2024, our integration list boasts over 500 connections with payment providers and acquirers, including an impressive 215 additions made just this year.

Aside from broadening our pool of integrations, we’ve enhanced our platform and refined all the features and tools our clients love. Have a look at our main milestones.

• Two-step charges. We implemented delayed charges to allow dividing card payments into two stages – authorisation and charging – and help our clients, particularly from the high-risk industries, perform KYC checks before the actual payments.
• Multiple rolling reserves. Recognising the need for enhanced adaptability for merchants, we implemented this feature to enable the creation of multiple rolling reserves for various periods within a single invoice.
• Payment & payout schemes improvements. We extended our payment route limits to 700 and enhanced the routing engine capabilities by adding new dynamic filters and attributes, including customer turnovers and customer parameters.
• Improved our Firewall capabilities by enhancing the activity log UI and adding new filters to improve payment approval rates.
• Enhanced security measures. We improved the user return security check mechanism by implementing a link click counter, limiting multiple attempts to access the Return URL. Additionally, access is now restricted from IP addresses that differ from the payer's original IP. We also updated our policy for managing and blocking users after unsuccessful authorisation attempts. In line with the latest PCI DSS requirements, users who reach 10 unsuccessful authorisation attempts are automatically blocked for 30 minutes, along with all active sessions across devices.

We also launched our internal Corefy Tech Talks, giving our teammates a platform to share their experiences and strengthen our collective expertise.

Platform v2.0: a peek into the future 🔮

Along with enhancing our platform's v1.0, one of our key priorities in 2024 was driving the development of v2.0.

The new version promises to be one of the most advanced payment orchestrators globally, combining user-friendly design, exceptional scalability, and top-tier system performance.

"When is the v2.0 release?" has already become a running joke within our team. As we edge closer to the launch, we’re thrilled to share some key highlights from the current stage of development:

• Orchestrator 2.0. We started from scratch and rebuilt the entire system to achieve the perfect balance of flexibility and simplicity. We streamlined all processes without compromising the orchestrator's powerful capabilities.
• Exceptional user experience for payment managers. We designed every screen and every feature with care. We crafted a bespoke design system to make managing payments intuitive and enjoyable. As a result, we received a powerful dashboard with a sleek and modern look.
• Real omni-channel processing. We combined every stage – pre-processing, processing, and post-processing – into a single, seamless interface for you to manage their entire transaction lifecycle with just a click.
• Addons marketplace. Flexibility is the core of our platform, and now it’s even better. With the new Addons Marketplace, you can customise and expand your system to build your own “rocket” that fits your needs perfectly.
• Checkout editor. Total customisation, zero coding. Our real-time Checkout Editor lets you fine-tune every aspect of your hosted payment page, from colours and layout to payment methods that adapt based on customer location, amount, or currency.
• Docs, activation, and feature engagement. We’ve made it effortless to activate and explore new features. Wherever you are in the Dashboard, our integrated documentation ensures you’re always supported. No guesswork, just clarity.
• Routing & cascading editor. We reimagined our routing engine and created the most sophisticated yet simple editor to give you total control with advanced rule groups, prebuilt strategies, and the flexibility to create custom routing and cascading workflows.
• Single payment scheme. We developed a single payment scheme for payments and payouts, supporting Live & Test mode. This improvement will allow our clients to configure just one scheme and scale it for any business needs instead of the four schemes necessary before.
• Stabilised processing core. We refactored our processing core to ensure maximum speed and quality of transactions.
• Next-gen integration mode. We’re creating the first- and second-generation integration modes to ensure seamless transition and support for several products.

Introducing PayAtlas: global payment providers catalogue powered by Corefy

This February, we proudly launched PayAtlas, a global payment community platform designed for online businesses and payment professionals to showcase their services and find their perfect match. Built to simplify the search for the right payment provider, PayAtlas addresses the outdated, rigid processes that have long burdened the industry.

Since the launch, we have showcased PayAtlas at four global events and processed 1400+ requests from merchants and payment service providers. Now, PayAtlas offers clients a platform with a personal dashboard and 700+ payment providers.

Our roadmap for 2025 includes strengthening our community, fostering a vibrant network of professionals and a rich repository of fintech knowledge.

Our current focus is expanding our partner network and strengthening collaborations with payment providers and acquirers. We aim to create one of the world’s first payment communities, connecting paytech professionals and merchants to help them find their perfect match.
