We are looking for a Customer Success Manager who is deeply committed to customer success, not just satisfaction.

This is important to us:

  • At least 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, such as Customer Success, Customer Support, or Account Manager;
  • 1+ year of experience in the Fintech/PayTech industry;
  • Experience in communication with B2B clients;
  • Experience in prioritizing, making decisions, and performing effectively in high-pressure situations;
  • An analytical mind, a fondness for data, and strong problem-solving skills;
  • Advanced confident interpersonal communication skills: ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with a variety of internal and external stakeholders;
  • High energy, self-motivated, self-organized;
  • Solid experience with CRM, Task management software, and spreadsheets;
  • Upper-Intermediate/Advanced level of English.

Will be plus:

  • Upper-Intermediate level of German/French/Spanish;
  • Experience with API documentation;
  • Work experience with customers from Asia-Pacific (APAC) is a Plus;
  • Work experience with customers in the High risk industry;
  • Technical mindset, which refers to the use of a product or service.

What you will do:

  • Regular communication with customers, identifying their pains and needs;
  • Analyzing customer experience, product issues, and requests;
  • Screening customer requests;
  • Creation and prioritization of customer tasks in internal systems according to the types of customer requests;
  • Managing customer tasks across the company’s functions;
  • Keeping customers up-to-date and satisfied with current tasks;
  • Increasing product usage through upselling and cross-selling;
  • Reviewing customer complaints and concerns to improve the customer experience;
  • Collaborating with other teams, including product and integration development, to ensure a seamless experience for customers;
  • Managing account retention and renewal, and informing customers about new features and functionalities.
