The company was created by the Public JSC Bank Familnyi in 2014 as the internal payment system. The purpose of FlashPay payment system is to provide users with the opportunity to quickly and conveniently make recurring payments through various channels. It allows clients to pay for the services of utilities, fixed and mobile telephony, Internet access and cable television online, via cash desks, payment terminals, etc.
