As the cosy season settles in, we’re excited to share our latest updates with you 🍁
In September, our team focused on enhancing our existing products while developing new ones. We also enjoyed some great networking opportunities and are already gearing up for our next big event. Check out the details below!
Platform updates
Check what our Development and Integration teams were up to in September:
- Established 15 new integrations and made 65 updates and upgrades to the existing ones. New options include CryptoPay (payment gateway), D24 (payment gateway), EPX (card gateway), Spush (payout gateway) and others.
- Added new filter based on time stamp context. Merchants and PSPs can now quickly locate transactions by status or within a specific time frame, making it much easier to identify issues, verify actions, and analyse transaction data efficiently.
- Enhanced Firewall activity log UI. Every action, whether creating, updating, or deleting schemes and lists, is now logged with detailed labels and statuses. This enables users to easily review all changes in the Firewall settings with a clear event history, enhancing security and transparency in managing network rules.
- Added the ‘refund_pending’ transaction status on card gateway. This feature enables merchants and PSPs to better monitor refund processes and reduce risk by offering enhanced transparency at every transaction stage.
- Added the ability to configure Commerce HPP interface from UI. Users can now effortlessly adjust settings, tailoring the payment process to their specific needs. This enhances customer convenience and optimises the overall user experience.
- Added the “Last hour” metrics on CardGate. This condition enhances the flexibility of payment routing configurations when handling unsuccessful payments. With new attributes like "Customer failed payments (last hour)" and "Card failed payments – for Commerce account (last hour)," users can quickly pinpoint issues and address them, improving risk management, boosting the chances of successful transactions, and reducing cost per transaction.
Networking
This autumn, our team has big networking plans. We started with the incredible SBC Summit in Lisbon, engaging with industry experts, connecting with our clients and partners, and forging new partnerships along the way.
