We are looking for a proactive and responsible Talent Acquisition Manager who will join us in expanding the team with talented specialists and develop the FinTech world together.

This is important to us:

• 3+ years of experience in a similar role in the IT industry, with a solid understanding of the position's specifics;
• Knowledge of modern candidate sourcing channels and proficiency in Boolean search on LinkedIn;
• Ability to create a clear candidate profile and align job requirements with hiring managers to achieve optimal results;
• Skilled in assessing candidates’ soft skills, checking for values alignment, and providing expert opinions;
• Competence in crafting attractive job descriptions that capture the attention of talented candidates;
• Strong communication skills, with experience in negotiating and handling objections effectively;
• Strengths include multitasking, prioritization, and time management;
• Result-oriented, adaptable, and able to quickly adjust to new conditions, enabling success in a dynamic environment;
• Intermediate or higher level of English.

Your future challenges:

• Manage the full recruitment cycle: from discussing the ideal candidate profile with hiring managers to signing the offer;
• Identify and select the most effective talent sourcing channels (LinkedIn, job boards, social media, forums, conferences, Telegram channels, etc.);
• Ensure high-quality candidate evaluation, including initial CV screening, conducting competency-based interviews, and providing expert feedback;
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, promoting a positive company and employer brand;
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to clearly define search objectives and achieve the main goal – hiring an outstanding team member;
• Maintain an internal candidate database, analyze results, and suggest improvement strategies;
• Participate in creative HR projects.

• 8-hour workday in-house or remote with the possibility to adjust working hours to fit your needs. 20 days of vacation and 10 days of sick leave;
