Corefy is a universal multifunctional payment management platform for online businesses and financial institutions. Our technical infrastructure includes a full set of tools for connecting and managing payment services, initiating and processing transactions, collecting and analysing payment data, and much more.

Requirements:

  • Technical Expertise: Strong technical background and expertise in the relevant domain or technology stack.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven experience in managing and leading engineering teams, with the ability to motivate and develop top engineering talent.
  • Project Management: Excellent project management skills, including the ability to plan, organize, and execute engineering projects within defined timelines and budgets.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to foster collaboration and effectively communicate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and non-technical individuals.
  • Process Improvement: A drive for continuous improvement, with the ability to identify areas of improvement, implement best practices, and streamline engineering processes.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to align technical strategies and initiatives with the company's overall vision and objectives.
  • Problem-solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address technical challenges and make informed decisions.
    Industry Awareness: Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to guide the team and make informed technology decisions.
  • Education and Experience: A bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field and a proven track record of success in engineering management roles.

Responsibilities:

  • Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the engineering team.
  • Team Management: Recruit, onboard, and develop top engineering talent, set clear goals and objectives, conduct performance evaluations, and foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
  • Project Planning and Execution: Work closely with product managers and stakeholders to define project requirements, scope, and timelines. Plan, organize, and execute engineering projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget while meeting quality standards.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Facilitate effective collaboration and communication with other departments to ensure alignment, understanding of requirements, and support between teams.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously improve engineering processes, workflows, and methodologies to enhance team efficiency and effectiveness. Introduce best practices, agile development methodologies, automated testing frameworks, and new tools and technologies as needed.
  • Stakeholder Management: Serve as a key point of contact for stakeholders, including executives, clients, and other departments. Effectively communicate technical concepts and project updates, manage expectations, and address concerns or issues in a timely manner.
  • Strategic Planning: Align technical strategies and initiatives with the company's overall vision and objectives. Contribute to long-term technical planning, resource allocation, and technology roadmap development.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure high-quality standards and practices are followed throughout the engineering process, including code reviews, testing, and documentation.
  • Risk Management: Identify and manage risks associated with engineering projects, including potential technical challenges, resource constraints, and changes in project priorities.
