Frequently asked questions
A payment connector is a ready-made integration with a specific payment provider or acquirer. Corefy standardises APIs, webhooks, fields, and error handling, so you can enable a provider without building a custom integration. Once activated and credentials are added, transactions flow through the connector and can use Corefy’s tools for routing, retries, reporting, and more.
Yes. To process live payments, you need an active merchant account with the provider you want to use.
If you need assistance finding or onboarding suitable providers, our team can help you with discovery. Just leave a request to your Corefy manager, and we’ll review available options within our integrations and discuss the next steps together.
Each connector page in the library lists supported flows, currencies, features, and payment methods. You can use filters to compare providers or open a specific connector page to see full technical and functional details.
To use any connector, you need to be a Corefy client — either on the full orchestration platform (with access to all supported connectors) or on Payment bridge (with access to a selected set).
If your merchant account is already active and the connector is ready to use, you can enable it, add credentials, and start processing right away. More advanced setups — such as routing rules, custom flows, or additional testing — may require configuration with your team.
If you use one of Corefy’s full platform subscription plans, an unlimited number of ready-made connectors is already included. You don’t pay extra to activate them. The only additional cost may apply if you request on-demand integration development for a provider or flow that is not yet supported. These custom builds are delivered at a fixed price — see Pricing for details.
You can also onboard Payment bridge, which can be a good fit if you only need a few specific connectors and don’t require advanced orchestration features such as routing, cascading, tokenisation tools, or analytics.
Your Corefy sales manager will help you choose the most suitable option based on your volumes, required providers, and technical setup.
