Business Development Manager

Full-time Ukraine

Business development manager is responsible for driving business growth by developing a network of payment providers and attracting new merchants to provide them with the most suitable payment solutions on the market.


  • 3+ years of experience in sales, marketing or related field
  • Good understanding of FinTech/Payment industry, knowledge of key players and stakeholders.
  • Bachelor degree or higher in a related field; or a combination of education & experience.
  • Strong communication skills
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English.
  • CRM system knowledge/experience.
  • Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.


  • Creating business development plans and forecasting growth projections
  • Identifying market opportunities through meetings, networking and other channels
  • Keep a great ongoing relationships with current and potential clients, partners to offer new ways to grow and generate more traffic;
  • Help our existing clients to find new PSPs, open MIDs and successfully pass the KYC process.
  • Expand the partner network, research of proper connections that will allow our company to grow in accordance with our business development plan.
  • Research of new PSPs, acquirers and ISOs, identify key players and generate interest
  • Liaising with colleagues to develop sales and marketing strategies
  • Negotiating attractive partnership deals and ensuring mutually beneficial partnership terms that are in line with business objectives and strategy.
  • Attending events such as exhibitions and conferences
  • Provide advice when preparing commercial proposals and pricing structures.
  • Direct management of the Business development team, including (but not limited to) their training and development planning, mentoring and guiding, goal setting and monitoring, helping to ensure deadlines and targets are met, etc
