Customer Success Managers are the bridge between the company and the customer. We are a strategic and supportive partner for our customers at every stage of our cooperation. We`re focused on building loyalty to ensure long-term client retention by presenting product information, addressing customer issues, and doing upsells and renewals.

Requirements:

  • Deeply committed to customer success - not just satisfaction.
  • 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, such as Customer Success, Customer Support, or Account Management.
  • Experience in prioritizing, making decisions, and performing effectively in high-pressure situations, including managing a multitude of competing priorities.
  • 1+ Experience in the Fintech industry.
  • High energy, self-motivated, and self-organized.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • An analytical mind, a fondness for data, and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Upper-Intermediate/Advanced level of English.
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Technical skills are a plus as they relate to the use of the product or service.

Duties:

  • Planning: estimate the efforts for project delivery, plan and schedule all required activities to meet the client’s business goal.
  • Stakeholders management: manage communication and expectations of all project stakeholders.
  • Become an expert in Product and educate customers on the use and benefits of our products.
  • Setting up additional product configurations for customers, testing, and transfer of functionality to the client.
  • Manage account retention and renewal, and inform customers about new features and functionalities.
  • Work with agreements.
  • Work closely with Onboarding, Support, Product, Integrations, and Technical teams to align the company’s efforts with exceptional customer service.
  • Perform internal KPI.
  • Regularly make calls with customers - weekly, monthly, quartal.
  • Conduct regular customer success reports to ensure customers optimize our product/service, issues are resolved proactively and customer goals are met.
