What you need to do for start processing transactions (brief summary)

1. Choose account type
2. Contact Ukrgasbank to register a terminal
3. Get your credentials (from Ukrgasbank)
4. Connect in Dashboard
5. Send an API request

Choose account type

Ukrgasbank can be connected in different ways (depending on your needs):

• If you do direct card payments (H2H, no redirect, UAH only) -> choose H2H Merchant account
• If you do card payouts -> choose Provider account

If you're not sure which one to use, confirm with your Corefy account manager.

Prerequisites: get from Ukrgasbank

Before you can connect, Ukrgasbank itself needs to issue you a terminal and a key pair:

1. Register and sign in to your Ukrgasbank account, then go to the AccountToCard section -> Terminals tab -> Add new terminal. !!! caution Specify your whitelist IP addresses for each terminal. Each terminal must be added separately.
2. Once the bank verifies and activates the terminal, go to AccountToCard -> Key Generation and download the key generator for your OS.
3. Unpack and run KeyGen.bat/KeyGen.sh on the device that will send transaction requests - this produces your Private Key ({terminal_id}_PrivateKey.key) and a Certificate Request file ({terminal_id}_Certificate.csr).
4. Once the terminal shows Key generation waiting, upload the .csr file to the bank.
5. Download the resulting archive containing your Public Key and SSL Certificate.

With the Private Key file in hand, get the following for Corefy:

• Merchant name -> Corefy field merchant_name -> H2H Merchant account only, up to 24 characters.
• Merchant ID -> Corefy field merchant_id -> Provider account only, up to 24 characters.
• Terminal ID -> Corefy field terminal_id -> Provider account only, optional.
• Private key -> Corefy field private_key -> uploaded as a file, used by both account types (the {terminal_id}_PrivateKey.key from step 3).
• API type -> Corefy field api_type -> H2H Merchant account only, choose Purchase or Card to account - this just selects which Ukrgasbank endpoint your transactions are routed to, it's not a separate flow.

Additional info

1. Active reconciliation only, no callback - Ukrgasbank does not send asynchronous callbacks on either flow; status is resolved via the payment's own completion step (for 3D Secure redirects) and active status requests.
2. No recurring - this connector does not support saving/charging a token through Corefy.
3. Apple Pay and Google Pay are supported on the H2H Merchant account, gated by the optional Apple/Google Pay credential fields above.
4. No Options or Constants are configured for this connector.

FAQ / Troubleshooting

• Invalid credentials / auth error -> verify the Private Key file matches the terminal you registered with Ukrgasbank, and that the correct Merchant name/ID is used for the account type you connected
• "Transaction does not exist" / reconciliation fails -> confirm the payment's order_id matches what was sent to Ukrgasbank
• Refund behaves like a reversal -> expected for payments younger than 2 days, or accounts set to Card to account - see the note under Refunds above
• Payout rejected for missing fields -> fields.card_number is required for every payout
