What you need to do for start processing transactions (brief summary)

  1. Get your credentials (from Tranzzo)
  2. Connect in Dashboard
  3. Send an API request

Prerequisites: get from Tranzzo

Contact your Tranzzo account manager to get your account verified and receive the following credentials.

  • POS ID -> Corefy field pos_id.
  • API key -> Corefy field api_key.
  • Secret key -> Corefy field secret_key.
  • Endpoints key -> Corefy field endpoints_key.

Optional, only if you use Apple Pay:

  • Apple Merchant ID -> Corefy field apple_merchant_id.
  • Apple certificate -> Corefy field apple_cert -> uploaded as a file.
  • Apple certificate password -> Corefy field apple_cert_password.

Optional, only if you use Google Pay:

  • Google Pay Merchant ID -> Corefy field google_pay_mid.

Connect H2H Merchant account in Corefy Dashboard

Step 1 - Open connection form

Open Tranzzo in the provider directory and press Connect at Tranzzo Provider Overview page in the New connection section.

Step 2 - Fill in fields and select settings

  • POS ID
  • API key
  • Secret key
  • Endpoints key
  • Apple Merchant ID (optional)
  • Apple certificate (optional)
  • Apple certificate password (optional)
  • Google Pay Merchant ID (optional)

First request to Corefy API (MIN)

What it does: creates a payment-invoice; card data itself is collected and submitted separately by Corefy's checkout/SDK layer, not as part of this request. Card, Apple Pay, and Google Pay are all supported on this same connection. Tranzzo may return a 3D Secure challenge redirect depending on the card.

Important

  • customer.email and customer.phone are always sent to Tranzzo (as an empty string if not provided, rather than being omitted) - always provide both for best results.
  • customer.name is split into first/last name parts, both optional pass-through fields.
  • No Constants or Options are configured for this connector.

Extended request (MAX)

Why add extra fields (typical reasons): - Provide additional customer details for compliance/reconciliation - Positively influence conversion rate - Include optional fields required by your specific flow

Refunds

Tranzzo supports partial refunds, but only one refund per payment (no multiple partial refunds against the same payment).

Additional info

  1. Active reconciliation is available - an active status request can be used alongside the asynchronous callback.
  2. No recurring - this connector does not support saving/charging a token through Corefy.

FAQ / Troubleshooting

  • Invalid credentials / auth error -> verify POS ID, API key, Secret key, and Endpoints key
  • Apple Pay / Google Pay not working -> confirm the matching optional credentials (Apple certificate/Merchant ID, or Google Pay Merchant ID) are set
  • Currency or service is not supported -> confirm allowed currencies/features in your Tranzzo account and in Corefy - only UAH is available
  • Refund fails with multiple attempts -> only one refund per payment is allowed
