What you need to do for start processing transactions (brief summary)

  1. Get your credentials (from Neteller)
  2. Connect in Dashboard
  3. Send an API request

Prerequisites: get from Neteller

Register an application in your Neteller account to get the following credentials.

  1. Go to the Developer settings -> API section and add Corefy's IP addresses to the white list (see the integration docs).
  2. Go to the Apps section and add an application, setting your own domain as the application hostname.

  3. Open the app's preferences to find:

  4. Client ID -> Corefy field client_id.

  5. Client Secret -> Corefy field client_secret.

Many currencies are supported (AED, AUD, BRL, GBP, BGN, CAD, COP, CNY, DKK, EUR, HUF, INR, JPY, MYR, MAD, MDL, MXN, NGN, NOK, PLN, RON, RUB, SGD, SEK, CHF, TWD, TND, USD, ZAR).

Connect Provider account in Corefy Dashboard

Step 1 - Open connection form

Open Neteller in the provider directory and press Connect at Neteller Provider Overview page in the New connection section.

Step 2 - Fill in fields and select settings

  • Client ID
  • Client Secret
  • Test Mode -> (enable if you are using sandbox credentials)

Success

You have connected Neteller Provider account!

First request to Corefy API (MIN)

What it does: creates a payout-invoice and sends funds to the recipient's Neteller account.

Important

fields.email (the recipient's own Neteller account email) is required - this is the only recipient data Neteller needs. customer is not used at all for this connector.

Payout - MAX

There is no MAX variant - the request above already includes every field Neteller's API accepts for a payout. No Options or Constants are configured for this connector.

Refunds

Neteller does not support refunds.

Additional info

  1. Active reconciliation is available - an active status request can be used to retrieve the current payout status.
  2. No recurring - this connector does not support saving/charging a token through Corefy.

FAQ / Troubleshooting

  • Invalid credentials / auth error -> verify Client ID and Client Secret for the selected environment (test_mode)
  • Payout fails with an invalid recipient -> confirm fields.email matches a real, verified Neteller account email
  • Currency or service is not supported -> confirm allowed currencies/features in your Neteller account and in Corefy
