Ikajo
Your safe way to accept payments
Supports in this guide: Payments
Provider website: ikajo.com
What you need to do for start processing transactions (brief summary)
- Choose account type
- Get your credentials (from Ikajo)
- Connect in Dashboard
- Send an API request
Choose account type
Ikajo can be connected in different ways (depending on your needs):
- If you do H2H card payments (card data sent directly) -> choose H2H Merchant account
- If you do card/Apple Pay/Google Pay payments via a hosted page -> choose Provider account
Ikajo does not currently support payouts through Corefy. If you're not sure which one to use, confirm with your Corefy account manager.
Prerequisites: get from Ikajo
Contact your Ikajo account manager to get your account verified and receive the following credentials.
For H2H Merchant account:
- Client Key -> Corefy field
client_key. - Client Pass -> Corefy field
client_pass-> used to sign every request. - API URL (optional) -> Corefy field
api_url-> leave as default unless your account manager gives you a different endpoint (e.g. for a sandbox).
Note
There is no Test Mode toggle for the H2H Merchant account - if your account manager gives you a sandbox, it's a separate API URL rather than a Test Mode switch.
For Provider account:
- Merchant Key -> Corefy field
merchant_key. - Password -> Corefy field
password. - API URL (optional) -> Corefy field
api_url-> leave as default unless your account manager tells you otherwise.

First request to Corefy API (MIN)
What it does: creates a payment-invoice; card data itself is collected and submitted separately by Corefy's checkout/SDK layer, not as part of this request. Ikajo may return a 3D Secure challenge redirect depending on the card.

POST /api/payment-invoices

customer is entirely optional. For the first/last name sent to Ikajo, the priority is: customer.name first, then the name embossed on the card, then the Constants below. customer.email (or the matching constant) is effectively required - it's used to sign every request to Ikajo, so a sale without either is likely to fail.
Extended request (MAX)
Why add extra fields (typical reasons): - Provide additional customer details for compliance/reconciliation - Positively influence conversion rate - Include optional fields required by your specific flow
Options
auth-> optional, boolean - authorization mode: holds funds without capturing them, instead of an immediate sale.ignore_callback-> optional, boolean - for cascading to work correctly, excludes finalizing the payment from the asynchronous callback; Corefy then relies only on an active status request (reconciliation) to finalize it.allow_ipv6-> optional, boolean - sends the customer's real IPv6 address to Ikajo as-is; when disabled (default), an IPv6 client IP is replaced with a placeholder IP (or theIPconstant, if set) because Ikajo expects IPv4.validate_payer_zip-> optional, boolean - rejects the sale upfront if the postal code is longer than 10 characters, instead of letting Ikajo decide.
Constants (fallback fields)
Constants are static values that Corefy can send to the provider instead of dynamic data from your API request, when those fields are missing in the request.
Priority (predictable rule): 1. If a value is present in the request -> Corefy uses the request value 2. Else if the constant is set -> Corefy uses the constant 3. Else -> provider may reject the request or apply its defaults (depends on provider)
Currently available constants (constant -> Corefy API field)
PAYER_FIRST_NAME->customer.name(first part)PAYER_LAST_NAME->customer.name(second part)PAYER_MIDDLE_NAME-> used only when neithercustomer.namenor the card's embossed name is availablePAYER_EMAIL->customer.emailPAYER_PHONE->customer.phonePAYER_BIRTH_DATE->customer.date_of_birthPAYER_COUNTRY->customer.address.countryPAYER_STATE->customer.address.regionPAYER_CITY->customer.address.cityPAYER_ADDRESS->customer.address.full_addressPAYER_ZIP->customer.address.post_codeIP-> fallback IP sent instead of the customer's real IP, only when it's IPv6 andallow_ipv6is disabledTERM_URL_TARGET-> the browser target (e.g. same window/frame vs. a new one) used when redirecting the customer back after a 3D Secure challenge; defaults to the same window if not set
Refunds
Ikajo supports full refunds only (no partial refunds), and only one refund per payment.
Recurring (save and charge a token)
This connector supports saving the card as a token during a sale (via Corefy's standard tokenize-on-sale request) and later charging that same token without sending full card data again.

First request to Corefy API (MIN)
What it does: creates a payment-invoice and redirects the customer to an Ikajo-hosted page to complete the payment.
Payment - MIN
POST /api/payment-invoices

"data": {
"type": "payment-invoice",
"attributes": {

"service": "payment_card_eur_hpp",
"currency": "EUR",
"amount": 10
}
}
}
This flow also offers Apple Pay and Google Pay as selectable methods on the hosted page, if enabled for your account.
Payment - MAX
POST /api/payment-invoices

"data": {
"type": "payment-invoice",

}
}
}
customer is entirely optional - everything is only used to prefill the hosted form, it never blocks the sale.
Extended request (MAX)
Why add extra fields (typical reasons): - Provide additional customer details for compliance/reconciliation - Positively influence conversion rate - Include optional fields required by your specific flow
No Options or Constants are configured for this flow.
Refunds
This flow does not support refunds - use the H2H Merchant account if you need refunds.
Additional info
- Callback routing - this connector uses a single fixed callback endpoint rather than a per-transaction URL; it's already set up on Corefy's side, nothing to configure in Ikajo's own back-office.
- No payouts - this connector does not support payouts through Corefy.
FAQ / Troubleshooting
- Invalid credentials / auth error -> verify the credentials for the selected account type - H2H Merchant account and Provider account use entirely different credential sets
- Sale fails with no clear reason -> make sure
customer.email(or thePAYER_EMAILconstant) is set - it's required to sign the request to Ikajo - Refund fails on the Provider account flow -> refunds aren't supported there - use the H2H Merchant account instead, and note it only allows one full refund per payment
- Currency or service is not supported -> confirm allowed currencies/features in your Ikajo account and in Corefy
