First request to Corefy API (MIN)
What it does: creates a payment-invoice.
Payment - MIN
POST /api/payment-invoices
{
"data": {
"type": "payment-invoice",
"attributes": {
"reference_id": "8f3c2a71-5d4e-4b9a-a6c1-2e7f0d9b4c35",

"amount": 100
}
}
}
EMAIL and COUNTRY constants (see "Constants"). The email is also part of the request signature, so we recommend sending the real customer.email with every payment, as shown in MAX. Payment - MAX

customer.name is only used as the cardholder name when the card data has none. customer.date_of_birth must be in YYYY-MM-DD format. Fibonatix supports EUR, USD, CAD and AUD: use the matching service code, for example payment_card_usd_hpp. Extended request (MAX)
Why add extra fields (typical reasons): - Provide additional customer details for compliance/reconciliation - Positively influence conversion rate - Include optional fields required by your specific flow
Options
Options are configured on the Corefy side and affect how Corefy builds provider requests or processes responses.
Currently available options (3)
ignore_callback- stops Corefy from processing callbacks received from Fibonatixuse_default_browser_info- fills in missing browser/device data from theBROWSER_*constantscustom_finalization_logic- prevents an approved response from being treated as an error because it also carries an error code
ignore_callback
What it does: when enabled, Corefy ignores callbacks received from Fibonatix instead of processing them. Payment statuses are then updated only through status checks.
When to use: if you don't want callbacks to update statuses for this connection.
Default: "false"
Allowed values: true, false
use_default_browser_info
What it does: if the customer's browser/device data (screen size, color depth, time zone, language, accept headers, user agent, IP) is missing, Corefy sends the values from the BROWSER_* constants instead of leaving those fields out.
When to use: if Fibonatix declines payments because browser/device data is missing, for example when you can't collect it from the customer.
Default: "false"
Allowed values: true, false
custom_finalization_logic
What it does: Fibonatix's approved responses and callbacks include an error_code/error_message pair (20000 / Transaction Approved). When enabled, Corefy treats a response with status approved as successful even if those error fields are present.
When to use: enable it for Fibonatix. If it's disabled, approved payments can be marked as failed.
Default: "false"
Allowed values: true, false
Constants (fallback fields)
Constants are static values that Corefy can send to the provider instead of dynamic data from your API request, when those fields are missing in the request.
Priority (predictable rule): 1. If a value is present in the request -> Corefy uses the request value 2. Else if the constant is set -> Corefy uses the constant 3. Else -> provider may reject the request or apply its defaults (depends on provider)
Currently available constants (constant -> Corefy API field)

Additional info
-
Callback routing is handled automatically: Corefy generates a callback URL for each transaction and sends it to Fibonatix in the payment request. You don't need to set it up in the Fibonatix backoffice. Callback signatures are validated with your Control Key.
-
3D Secure is supported. When Fibonatix requests authentication, the customer is redirected to the 3DS page and then returned to Corefy.
-
Refunds are supported, including partial refunds. Only one refund can be made per payment.
FAQ / Troubleshooting
- Invalid credentials / auth error -> verify the Login, Control Key and Endpoint ID for the selected environment (sandbox vs production) and check that Test Mode matches
- Currency or service is not supported -> confirm allowed currencies/features in your Fibonatix account and in Corefy
- Missing customer data fields -> set constants (see "Constants") or provide fields in the API request
- Not sure which account type to use? -> ask your Corefy account manager
