Commercial Industrial Bank Ukraine can be connected in different ways (depending on your needs):

  • If you do direct card payments (H2H, no redirect) -> choose H2H Merchant account
  • If you do card payouts -> choose Provider account

Contact your Commercial Industrial Bank Ukraine account manager to get your account verified and receive the following credentials.

  • Terminal ID -> Corefy field terminal_id.
  • API secret -> Corefy field api_secret.
  • API token -> Corefy field api_token.
  • API URL -> Corefy field api_url.

Important

Be sure to check with the bank manager if you need to provide a whitelist of IPs, and if so, specify the Corefy IP list.

Payments processing (connect H2H Merchant account, create payment-invoice)

Connect H2H Merchant account in Corefy Dashboard

Step 1 - Open connection form

Open Commercial Industrial Bank Ukraine in the provider directory and press Connect at Commercial Industrial Bank Ukraine Provider Overview page in the New connection section. Choose H2H Merchant account.

Step 2 - Fill in fields and select settings

  • Terminal ID
  • API secret
  • API token
  • API URL
  • Test Mode -> (enable if you are using sandbox credentials)

First request to Corefy API (MIN)

What it does: creates a payment-invoice; card data itself is collected and submitted separately by Corefy's checkout/SDK layer, not as part of this request. No customer data is used by this connector at all - only card details.

Important

No customer fields are sent to Commercial Industrial Bank Ukraine on Payments - only card data, so there is no MAX example with extended customer details for this flow.

Refunds

Commercial Industrial Bank Ukraine supports partial refunds, but only one refund per payment. The original transaction ID is required to process a refund.

Payouts processing (connect Provider account, create payout-invoice)

Step 1 - Open connection form

Important

fields.card_number is required - it's the only recipient detail Commercial Industrial Bank Ukraine needs. No other customer data is used.

Refunds

Commercial Industrial Bank Ukraine does not support refunds on Payouts.

Additional info

  1. Active reconciliation only, no callback - Commercial Industrial Bank Ukraine does not send asynchronous callbacks on either flow; status is resolved via the payment's own completion step (for 3D Secure redirects) and active status requests.
  2. No recurring - this connector does not support saving/charging a token through Corefy.
  3. No Options or Constants are configured for this connector.

FAQ / Troubleshooting

  • Invalid credentials / auth error -> verify the Terminal ID, API secret and API token for the selected environment (test_mode)
  • Payout rejected for missing fields -> fields.card_number is required for every payout
  • Refund fails -> only one refund per payment is allowed, and it requires the original transaction ID
  • Not sure which account type to use? -> ask your Corefy account manager
