Customer Support

Full-time Ukraine

Corefy is a one-stop, feature-rich payment platform for online businesses and financial institutions. We integrate providers and acquirers around the world to create a single interface for monitoring and managing cash flows. The growing list of our customers features some major international companies and financial firms worldwide. We are an IT product company with an R&D office in Kyiv. Our team consists of 90+ people. The CEO of the company has participated in such projects as Webmoney, Interkassa, RBKMoney, etc. Now we are looking for a Customer Support Specialist.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or relevant field
  • 1+ years of experience as a Customer Support Specialist or a similar position
  • Understanding how API technologies work
  • Practical experience with the Postman and Kibana
  • Experience in detecting product issues with the help of logs
  • Ability to prioritise tasks based on the term and importance
  • Experience working with databases
  • Understanding of SQL
  • Practical experience with MySQL/PhpStorm
  • Intermediate or higher level of English
  • Experience with Jira, Ticket System
  • Ability to work according to a flexible schedule (morning and evening shifts between 05:00 and 23:00 are possible)

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and accurate manner via email or chat
  • Identify customer needs and help them use specific features
  • Distribute feature requests and share effective workarounds with leading Customer Support and Customer Success Managers
  • Refer atypical technical issues to technical support
  • Analyse and report product malfunctions/failures to technical support
  • Update our internal databases with information on technical issues and insights from customers
  • Contact customers to make sure their requests are resolved

Desirable skills & knowledge:

  • Knowledge of the fintech industry
  • QA courses
  • Experience in monitoring product processes using Grafana/Tableau
