Position Overview

We are hiring a talented Regional Business Development Director professional to join our team. It is an exciting opportunity to support our company expansion in Southeast Asia from the Philippines. The Regional Development Director will enable Corefy’s strategic vision and develop long-term strategic relationships with diverse stakeholders that will directly increase Corefy’s sales and positioning at the regional level. Together with the chief business officer (CBO), board members, and key staff members, the Regional Business Development Director will oversee the development of new business, build relations with existing clients, international staff, current and potential partners, and manage the development budget. You will play your part in helping to develop and establish the growing client portfolio, engaging closely with the local payment providers and acquirers. To be successful as a Regional Business Development Director, you should be persuasive and have strong business acumen. Ultimately, an exceptional director of business development should be adept at negotiating business deals and demonstrating excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.


  • Build solid relationships with clients, payment providers and acquirers, as well as sales and customer success teams.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of company offerings to identify profitable business opportunities.
  • Represent the company in negotiations and contract finalisation with clients and business partners.
  • Address clients concerns about products, services rendered or employee interactions.
  • Manage day-to-day operations within the regional office.
  • Oversee employee work daily to ensure adherence to organisational standards and guidelines.
  • Meet regularly with managed employees to provide critical feedback and encouragement.
  • Report the results of analyses, predictions for future business, and recommended action to upper management.


  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, finance, or related field; master’s degree is advantageous.
  • A proven track record in B2B selling within the FinTech or payment industry.
