A fintech company is looking for a QA/Tech Support specialist. Our technical infrastructure includes a full set of tools for connecting and managing payment services, initiating and processing transactions, collecting and analysing payment data, and much more. We develop Corefy – a system that aims to integrate and unify all payment systems of the world in one place (now 300+ integrations).

Requirements:

• 1+ yrs experience in a similar position.
• Experience working with logs.
• Experience working with API and its testing tools (Postman, Insomnia, etc.).
• Experience with third-party system integrations.
• Experience working with workflow, block diagrams, and process diagrams.
• Experience in fintech/e-commerce.
• Understanding User payment workflow, Technical Payment Workflow.

Duties:

• Regular communication with banks/payment systems.
• Testing of external API of banks/payment systems.
• Setting up and maintaining the technical communication channel with the provider on behalf of Corefy.
• Technical development of new integrations, requests to update integrations from CS.
• Protocol compliance control of any integration/change to the integration of data processing business logic, endpoints/API hosts, status maps/resolutions.
• Participation in dev-integration planning.
• Conducting communication on technical incidents related to integrations (with connection to PO, devs, and CTO).

It will be a plus:

• Experience in programming.
• Experience in software testing.
• Practical knowledge of UML, SysML, BPMN.
• Similar experience in other payment systems/platforms.
