A fintech company is looking for a Product Manager to manage the development, market launch, and continuous support and improvement of the company's specific product. We are looking for someone to lead the transformation of product ideas from defining the problems we are trying to solve to producing a quality result.

Requirements:

• 3 years of experience in a similar position.
• Experience in fintech or payment systems.
• Management experience in the simultaneous launch of various products.

Duties:

• Collaborate with stakeholders and senior management when developing the product vision and concept.
• Work with internal and external customers to analyse needs and align the product roadmap with strategic goals.
• Be responsible for the product roadmap.
• Manage the overall effectiveness of the product development process, achieving key product and business objectives.
• Discuss technology roadmaps with the R&D team to be more informed about how to utilise current and emerging technologies best.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create a go-to-market plan.
• Ensure that the characteristics of the product meet the client’s expectations.
• Conducting research and development to ensure that users receive adequate information about the product and others related to the support and release of the product.
