Product Director

Full-time Ukraine

Corefy is a one-stop, feature-rich payment platform for online businesses and financial institutions. We integrate providers and acquirers around the world to create a single interface for monitoring and managing cash flows. The growing list of our customers features some major international companies and financial firms worldwide. We are an IT product company with an R&D office in Kyiv. Our team consists of 90+ people. The company's CEO has participated in such projects as Webmoney, Interkassa, RBKMoney, etc. Now we are looking for a Product Director who will drive the development, market launch, and continual support and improvement of the company’s product. A person who can lead the transformation of product ideas, from identifying the problems to delivering quality outcomes is a perfect match for us.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in a similar position.
  • Experience in Software as a Service (SaaS) companies.
  • Experience in fintech or payment systems.
  • Experience in managing different products simultaneously.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders and C-level during product visioning and concept development.
  • Work with internal and external customers to analyse the needs and align product roadmap to strategic goals.
  • Be accountable for the product roadmap.
  • Lead the overall efficiency of the product development process, meeting key product and business goals.
  • Discuss technology roadmaps with the R&D team to understand how to use current and emerging technologies efficiently.
  • Work with marketing and sales teams to create a go-to-market plan.
  • Ensure the product features meet the customers' expectations.
  • Undertake research and development to ensure we receive feedback from product users
  • Lead a team of Product Managers and the product team
