Employer Brand Manager

Full-time Kyiv, Ukraine

Corefy is a British fintech company that develops and promotes a multifunctional payment management platform for online businesses and financial institutions. We integrate payment providers and acquirers from around the world to create a unified interface for controlling and managing financial flows. Corefy supports almost all methods of online payments and payouts.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in Employer Branding;
  • Experience with internal and external communications;
  • Strong understanding of company culture development and employee engagement strategies;
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, project management and organizational skills;
  • Creative mindset and ability to design engaging content;
  • Skilled in the art of copywriting;
  • English and Ukrainian proficiency level: Upper Intermediate and higher;
  • Basic knowledge of graphics and working with it (Figma, Illustrator, Canva).

Will be plus:

  • experience in launching an Employer Brand from scratch;
  • experience in organizing internal online events;
  • social media publishing skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing and developing external and internal communication channels;
  • Work with content (text, visual and video) for internal channels, social media pages, career portals, corporate blog;
  • Maintain the company's presence on job sites;
  • Conducting internal surveys, analyzing the results and preparing reports (eNPS, Gallup etc);
  • Collaborating with design, recruitment, and marketing departments;
  • Implementing creative activities for employees to increase engagement and develop a corporate culture;
  • Implementation of internal programs: well-being, the culture code, sports and charity projects;
  • Conducting research to update the EVP: competitor analysis, interviews with experts, etc;
  • Be responsible for Charity and CSR initiatives in the company;
  • Work on Wellbeing direction - organized activities with different speakers.
