Corefy is a one-stop, feature-rich payment platform for online businesses and financial institutions. We integrate providers and acquirers around the world to create a single interface for monitoring and managing cash flows. We are an IT grocery company with an R&D office in Kyiv. The team consists of 70+ people. The CEO of the company has participated in such projects as Webmoney, Interkassa, RBKMoney, etc. The total experience of the team in the FinTech area is 25+ years. Our team is looking for Customer Support.

Requirements

  • Ability to prioritize tasks based on urgency and importance.
  • Motivation to learn new skills and technologies.
  • Good understanding of web Services, API integration.
  • Understanding of PostgreSQL/MySQL or other database systems.
  • Good time-management skills Great interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Technical education (desired).

Responsibilities

  • Handling technical inquiries from customers.
  • Evaluate and prioritize customer support cases.
  • Communicate and solve customers’ problems regarding the platform issues.
  • Work with all internal groups, including account managers, sales, engineering, product management.
  • Prepare accurate and timely reports.
