Fintech company is looking for a Business Development Manager who is driving the achievement of goals together and the improvement of a specific company’s product. About the product PayAtlas is a global catalogue of payment service providers for online businesses and payment professionals. Helps to find the best and most relevant online payment solutions for various businesses and insights about digital payments across the globe.


  • Proven experience in business development, sales or account management in the financial sector/payment/fintech;
  • Strong understanding of financial products, services, and market dynamics.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment;
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities;
  • Proactive, result-oriented, and customer-oriented mindset;
  • Proficiency in using Hubspot software and other relevant tools;
  • English proficiency level: Upper Intermediate and higher (spoken and written).


  • Establish, negotiate, and execute service agreements;
  • Build and nurture relationships with potential clients;
  • Understand market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to tailor effective business strategies;
  • Identifying and qualifying leads as potential clients;
  • Provide an expert consulting to clients to find the payment solutions;
  • Collaborate with internal teams;
  • Report all data and care of funnel in Hubspot;
  • Provide regular reports and insights to the Team Lead.
